Scheduled Servicing

This is the best way of keeping your equipment operating at optimum efficiency and will save you both time and money in the long run. This will allow us to perform predictive maintenance to prolong the life of your equipment.

Predictive Maintenance

Any faults with a compressor will worsen over time and ultimately lead to the machine failing at some point in the future. A general overhaul is normally scheduled at approximately 30,000 hours but this interval can be greatly extended by predictive maintenance., the cost saving may be considerable Predictive maintenance consists of 2 main elements. Vibration Analysis and Oil Analysis will highlight any potential issues and based on the findings bearings and seals may need to be replaced.

Breakdown

OZair is mindful that breakdown takes priority over all other business and for this reason scheduled services will occasionally be rescheduled to release our service teams to attend to urgent matters as and when they arise.
