OZair are leaders in the field of condensate management.

Before condensate water can be disposed of correctly the oil needs to be separated and stored in a container ready for disposal in accordance with the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) requirements. Once the oil is removed then the remaining water may be disposed of in the sewer.

A pressure relief chamber separates condensate and expanding air. The condensate then passes a sedimentation compartment – easy to remove and therefore easy to clean. The next step is the coalescing filter with its additional oil separation effect. Free floating oil is syphoned off into an oil can. The water is purified in the activated carbon absorber from the last oil droplets. Pure water leaves the unit ready to be drained.

Our oil water separators are for the purification of air compressor condensate to legal discharge limits.
